Each item on this site has a quoted delivery time. Look for the icons representing the estimated number of business days  for your goods to take to arrive. When you order combines products of different quoted times, the slowest will apply since we send orders in a single consignment.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery for orders over £50 - UK mainland only

Express UK delivery  £14.95 (1-2 business days)

When you choose Express Delivery we will do all we can to rush your items to you. For example, if something is out of stock we may pay extra to have these items sent overnight to us from our suppliers or direct to you from a distributor. During very busy periods we will always give priority to Express orders. The cut-off time is with our suppliers for same day dispatch is usually 11.30am. Order received after this time are processed immediately but may not be dispatched until the next working day. This is not a guaranteed service, we can only promise to do our  best to get it to you within this time frame. If we are unable to provide Express Delivery for your order and you have paid for it we will refund you automatically and email you to let you know. If your order has not been dispatched you can usually cancel it.

Ordering

The process begins with you placing your order if you need help see how to order. If your chosen product is out of stock you will be notified immediately by email or telephone. You may then cancel for a full refund or place your chosen product on back-order for delivery in the future.

Receiving and accepting your goods

Most orders value more than £30 will require a signature. If you are out when a delivery attempt is made you will be left a card with instructions. Royal Mail or  Business Post will often leave the package at  your local post office or  Business Post depot for collection. Please inspect the contents against the delivery note.

We use Business Post, Parcelforce or UPS. Only very small orders for example samles are sent by Royal Mail.

All items are very well packaged. We do where possible recycle all our packaging so please expect a mix of materials in your consignment. In the unlikely event that your package looks damaged please check the contents before signing. If they are damaged please refuse delivery or sign as 'damaged'. 

If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter. Please visit the

Tracking your order

Once you have received your 'order dispatched' email you can track the progress of your order here. Enter your consignment reference number and click submit.

We recommend that you do not book trades people until you receive and check your order. We will make every effort to deliver orders within the delivery option requested
