How Quick?
Last Month 99.87% of orders we delivered on-time and 46.4% were delivered faster than quoted. Please therfore allow the time quoted on the product page but be aware you may recieve your order sooner (this will depend on the weight, stock levels and how busy we are). Please do not call for delivery estimates as we can only quote what you see on screen. Also, if you order online you will usually recieve your order sooner than by telephone/email.

Pricing Note: The minimum charge of £4.95 for small orders may in some cases be more than the cost of shipping the item to you, this covers the processing costs and allows us to maintain low prodcut pricing with no minimum order values.

Combined Items Note: Items are shipped in one consignment so the product(s) with the slowest estimates delivery time will apply to the entire order. To override this you should place seperate orders.

The price will be specific to your order and is based on a number of factors such as stock levels, location, size, manufacturer and weight. We recommend you order online if you require this service. Read important notes below on this service.

Important Notes for this service

When you pay for expedited delivery we will do all we can to rush your items to you. For example, if something is out of stock we may pay extra to have these items sent overnight to us from our suppliers or direct to you from a distributor. During very busy periods we will always give priority to expedited orders. The cut-off time is with our suppliers for same day dispatch is usually 11.30am. Order received after this time are processed immediately but may not be dispatched until the next working day. This is NOT a guaranteed service, we can only promise to do our very best to get it to you within this time frame.

We recommend you do not book trades people until you have received and checked your order fully. We will do our very best but we cannot guarantee delivery times, although over 99% of orders are delivered within the quoted estimates.
Most orders over £30 will require a signature and are sent by Business Post. Only very small orders (e.g. samples) are sent by Royal Mail. This ensure the safe carriage of your goods.

Packaging

All items are very well packaged. We do where possible recycle all our packaging so please expect a mix of materials in your consignment. In the unlikely event that your package looks damaged please check the contents before signing. If they are damaged please refuse delivery or sign as 'damaged'.

Accepting your Goods

Most orders will be sent using a signed-for service. If you are out when a delivery attempt is made you will be left a card with instructions. Royal Mail or !!!CARRIER_USED!!! will often leave the package at your local post office or !!!CARRIER_USED!!! depot for collection.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the unlikely event that you chosen product is out of stock you will be notified immediately by email or telephone. You may then cancel your order for a full refund or place you chosen product on back-order for delivery in the future.

Timing

We will make every effort to deliver orders within the delivery option requested at the time the order was placed. However we cannot guarantee this and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside this time. We recommend you only arrange for trades-people to carry out work on your behalf after your order has actually been delivered from us.
