- All orders over £20 will require a signature.
- Please note we offer no guarantees for quoted delivery times, but we do promise to do our very best to get it to you within these estimates. Do not book trades people until you have received and checked your order.
- We can deliver to a different address to your billing address (e.g. work/neighbour) so if you think you may miss the courier please specify a separate delivery address at the checkout.

Large Orders
The most you will pay for delivery (mainland UK) is £7.95. If you spend over £50 we'll delivery your order for free!
Packaging
All items are very well packaged. We do where possible recycle all our packaging so please expect a mix of materials in your consignment. In the unlikely event that your package looks damaged please check the contents before signing. If they are damaged please refuse delivery or sign as 'damaged'.
Accepting your Goods
Most orders will be sent using a signed-for service. If you are out when a delivery attempt is made you will be left a card with instructions. Royal Mail will often leave the package at your local post office for collection.
Out-of-Stock Items
In the unlikely event that you chosen product is out of stock you will be notified immediately by email or telephone. You may then cancel your order for a full refund or place you chosen product on back-order for delivery in the future.
Timing
We will make every effort to deliver orders within 5 days. However we cannot guarantee this and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside this time. We recommend you only arrange for trades-people to carry out work on your behalf after your order has actually been delivered from us.

If you need to return any unwanted items we recommend: Royal Mail 1st Class recorded (if under 2kg).
If we have already agreed to pay your return postage you must ask for a collection here stating the reason for your return. We will then contact your promptly with instructions via email or telephone.
